10-2-12: RATE STABILIZATION FUND:
The issuing instrument may establish a Rate Stabilization Fund to be held by the City in connection with bonds and used to stabilize the rates paid by end-users of an enterprise over a given time. (Ord. 2018-02, 4-3-2018)
