§ 153.289 CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE

The Administrative Officer shall issue a Certificate of Compliance only after he has determined that the manufactured home park has been prepared according to all applicable state regulations and special conditions and only after the applicant presents a valid permit to operate from the State Department of Health as required by Kentucky Revised Statutes.
