§ 153.999 PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION.
   (A)   Violation of the provisions of this chapter or failure to comply with any of its requirements; including violation of the conditions and safeguards established in connection with granting of variances or conditional uses, pursuant to the provisions of §§ 153.083 and 153.084, shall constitute a violation of this chapter.
   (B)   Any person, group of persons, including members of the legislative and administrative bodies of the city, who violates any provision of this chapter, or who fails to comply with any of its requirements, shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined of not less than ten dollars ($10) but not more than five hundred dollars ($500) for each offense. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. Any person shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) but not more than five hundred dollars ($500) for each lot or parcel that was the subject of sale or transfer, or a contract for sale or transfer, where such sale or transfer, or contract therefor, constitutes a violation of this chapter.
