§ 153.250 MANUFACTURED HOUSING

(A) Permitted. Single Family manufactured housing occupied by a resident not solely engaged in agricultural activity shall be allowed in the "R-3" and "R-6" districts. Single family manufactured housing shall be allowed in the "R-1" and "R-2" districts subject to modular housing standards. Manufactured home parks shall be authorized in the "R-6" district.
