§ 153.030 AUTHORIZED USE
   Building permits, zoning permits or certificates of occupancy issued on the basis of plans and applications approved by the Planning Commission, its authorized agent or inspector authorize only that use, arrangement or construction. Any use, arrangement or construction at variance with that authorized shall be deemed a violation of this chapter.
