The authorized agent or inspector shall grant or deny the permit within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the application is submitted.
(C) Validity. The issuance of a permit shall, in no case, be construed as waiving any provision of this chapter.
(D) Duration. A building permit shall become void six (6) months from the date of issuance unless substantial progress has been exercised by that date on the project described therein.
(F) Permanent File. The Planning Commission and its authorized agent or inspector shall keep a permanent file of all applications with accompanying plans and all permits issued.
(G) Orderly Compliance. Any applicant approved for a building permit shall not cause debris or rubbish to accumulate on surrounding properties, roadways or rights-of-way in the use of the permit. Violation of such can result in the revocation of the building permit.
