§ 113.02 JUNKYARD TO BE SCREENED SO NOT VISIBLE FROM ROAD.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to be the operator of an automobile, vehicle or machinery junkyard, as hereinabove defined, within 2,000 feet of any road in the corporate limits of the city unless hidden from the view of motorists using such road and adjoining landowners by an artificial or natural screen, or unless so hidden by virtue of natural topography. The screening required in this section may be effected by the construction of a fence, or by vegetation which provides continuous screening. All fences shall be so constructed that they will not be unsightly and create an eyesore to the public.
