Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a nuisance violation and shall be punishable by a fine of no less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) pursuant to KRS 534.040. Each day a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense. The City of Leitchfield Code Enforcement Board or a court of appropriate jurisdiction shall enforce civil compliance with this chapter.
