§ 73.02 PASSING OF BICYCLES BY MOTOR VEHICLES.
   The operator of a motor vehicle shall not overtake and pass a bicycle unless it can be done with reasonable safety, maintaining a space of not less than five feet between the bicycle and motor vehicle.
