(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is specifically provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $500.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation which violates any provision of § 71.05 shall be subject to a fine in accordance with the schedule of fines established under KRS 189.394.
(C) Any person who violates § 71.26 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $60 nor more than $500, or be imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both.

(D) Any person who violates § 71.30 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $250 or imprisoned for not more than ninety (90) days, or both.
