A. The PARC Advisory Committee shall review all grants and provide the mayor and city council with recommendations on projects, needs, suggested funding areas, recommended grants, needed facilities, etc. The city council will consider the recommendations and make the final determination in distributing the PARC funds.
B. The PARC Advisory Committee will evaluate all grant applications for eligibility on a broad spectrum of cultural arts disciplines including visual arts, performing arts, literary arts, historic preservation, arts education, etc.
C. The PARC Advisory Committee may adopt bylaws, policies, procedures and regulations for the conduct of its duties and meetings, for consideration of items brought before the committee, and for any other purposes deemed necessary for the functioning of the committee; provided, that such bylaws, policies, procedures and regulations shall be approved by the city council before taking effect.
