2-2-13: PERFORMANCE AND BID BONDS:
Performance and bid bonds may be required by the purchasing agent in such amounts as the purchasing agent determines are needed to protect the best interests of the City. The nature, form, and amount of such bonds shall be described in the notice inviting bids or in the request for competitive sealed proposals. (Ord. 30-2018, 5-8-2018)
