10-6-1: NONMUNICIPAL UTILITY ATTACHMENT FEE:
An annual fee as adopted by the city council in the city fee schedule per pole shall be charged to each nonmunicipal utility attaching to city power poles. (1984 Code § 15.42.010; amd. 2015 Code)
