A. Building Code: The 2018 International Building Code, including Appendices E and J, but excluding all other appendices, which is promulgated by the International Code Council, is approved and adopted as the Building Code of the City.
B. Residential Code: The 2015 International Residential Code, including Appendices E and J, which is promulgated by the International Code Council, is approved and adopted as the Residential Code of the City.
C. Property Maintenance Code: The 2018 International Property Maintenance Code, which is promulgated by the International Code Council, is approved and adopted as the code for property maintenance of the City.
D. Fire Code: The 2018 International Fire Code, including Appendices C, D, E, H and I, which is promulgated by the International Code Council, is approved and adopted as the Fire Code of the City. (Ord. 42-2014, 12-8-2014)
E. Wildland-Urban Interface Code: The 2018 International Wildland-Urban Interface Code, as published by the International Code Council, together with Appendices A through H thereof, is hereby approved and adopted as the Wildland-Urban Interface Code of Lehi City, subject to the following amendments thereto:
Section 101.1. Insert: Lehi City;
Section 109.4.7. Insert: class B misdemeanor;
Section 114.4. Insert: not less than $100.00 and not more than $1000.00; and
Section 602.1. Insert: General. An approved automatic sprinkler system shall be installed in all occupancies in new buildings required to meet the requirements for Class 1 and Class 2 ignition-resistant construction in Chapter 5 throughout the Dry Creek Corridor. The installation of the automatic sprinkler systems shall be in accordance with nationally recognized standards.

F. Plumbing Code: The 2018 International Plumbing Code, which is promulgated by the International Code Council, is approved and adopted as the code for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing plumbing in the City.
G. Mechanical Code: The 2018 International Mechanical Code, which is promulgated by the International Code Council, is approved and adopted as the Mechanical Code for the City.
H. National Electrical Code: The 2017 National Electrical Code, which is promulgated by the National Fire Protection Association, is approved and adopted as the Electrical Code for the City.
I. National Electric Safety Code: The 2017 National Electric Safety Code, which is promulgated by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, is approved and adopted as the Electrical Safety Code for the City.
J. Fuel Gas Code: The 2018 International Fuel Gas Code, which is promulgated by the International Code Council, is approved and adopted as the Fuel Gas Code of the City.
K. Energy Conservation Code: The International Energy Conservation Code, 2018 edition, which is promulgated by the International Code Council, is approved and adopted as the Energy Conservation Code of the City. (Ord. 42-2014, 12-8-2014; Ord. 63-2019, 9-10-2019)
