2-1-8: VOLUNTARY DISCONNECT/RECONNECT PROCEDURES:
   A.   In the event a customer desires to disconnect the water and/or electrical services, the service shall be disconnected by the city. The city may, for security purposes, remove the electrical and/or water meters as part of the disconnection process. If the meter has been removed, and if service is again requested by that customer, a single reconnect charge shall be paid to reconnect the service.
   B.   If a customer requests services be connected for the purposes of inspection of said property, a reconnection fee shall be paid and services will be restored for a period of two (2) city business days.
   C.   Services at rental property shall be disconnected between tenants unless a landlord agreement is on file with the utility billing office. (2015 Code)
