2-1-5: DUE DATE:
All charges billed on the statement shall be due and payable on the due date provided on the statement. The due date shall be generally between fifteen (15) and twenty five (25) days after the statement is mailed. All payments received by the city shall be allocated among the charges billed on the statement according to procedures determined by the city. (2015 Code)
