Utah Code Annotated section 63G-6a-1302 entitled "alternative methods of construction contracting management" is hereby adopted as title 1, chapter 14 of this code. Also adopted hereby is rule R23-1, "procurement of construction" adopted by the state building board. Said rules are hereby adopted only to the extent they are relevant to Utah Code Annotated section 63G-6a-1302 as herein adopted by the city. (1984 Code § 2.94.010; amd. 2015 Code)
