REASONABLE NOTICE: At least fourteen (14) days prior to the public hearing, the city shall publish notice: a) in a newspaper of general circulation within Lehi City; b) on the Utah state notice website; and c) on the city website at least fourteen (14) days prior to the public hearing before the city council, as required by Utah Code Annotated section 10-8-2(4)(b)(ii).
SIGNIFICANT PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY: A parcel of one acre or more having been owned by Lehi City for a period of one year or more, as required by Utah Code Annotated section 10-8-2(4)(b)(i). (1984 Code § 1.50.010; amd. 2015 Code)
