8-8-9: VALIDITY OF PARKING PERMIT USE:
Use of both residential and guest parking permits is limited to the area immediately contiguous to the permit holder's residence. The issuance of a permit does not guarantee a parking stall. (Ord. 53-2016, 8-9-2016)
