8-8-2: PURPOSE OF PROVISIONS:
The residential parking permit program shall balance all affected interests, including public safety, neighborhood concerns, and the welfare of the general public.
It is the purpose of this chapter to establish operating regulations for preferential residential parking in designated areas as set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 53-2016, 8-9-2016)
