8-5-4: HERITAGE TREES:
The following is a list of heritage trees in the city as obtained from the state division of forestry, fire and state land:
   A.   All the European larch and catalpa on the east side of 100 West at 450 North.
   B.   All the green ash and American elm on the east side of 200 West at 462 North.
   C.   Four (4) green ash on the north side of 100 North at 189 East.
   D.   Scotch pine, Austrian pine, linden and silver maple on the property at approximately 374 East 400 North. The trees were planted by S.I. Goodwin in the 1870's.
   E.   Heritage trees in Lehi City:
      1.   Subsections A through C of this section are public street trees.
      2.   Trees in subsection D of this section are on private property. These trees are not to be removed. (2015 Code)
