8-2-7: DRIVING ON SIDEWALKS:
Every person who shall drive or propel any motor vehicle upon any sidewalk, or shall stop any automobile or other vehicle on any sidewalk within the limits of this city is guilty of a class C misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1984 Code § 12.20.090; amd. 2015 Code)
