8-2-1: INJURING TREES GROWING ON PUBLIC PROPERTY:
It is unlawful for any person to wilfully and maliciously cut down, girdle or injure any tree or shrubbery standing on the public streets, sidewalks, squares or public grounds of this city. (1984 Code § 12.20.010)
