8-1A-71: CONSTRUED ACCORDING TO UTAH LAW:

This chapter and any wireless franchise granted pursuant to this chapter shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Utah. Specifically, in the event of any conflict between this chapter and the Small Wireless Facilities Deployment Act, title 54, chapter 21 of the Utah Code Annotated, as amended, the Small Wireless Facilities Deployment Act shall control.
