A. Consolidated Application: An applicant may file a consolidated application for either:
1. The collocation of up to twenty five (25) small wireless facilities if all the small wireless facilities in the application are substantially the same type and are proposed for collocation on substantially the same types of structures; or
2. The installation, modification, or replacement of up to twenty five (25) utility poles.
B. Restrictions: A consolidated application may not combine the collocation of small wireless facilities and the installation, modification, or replacement of utility poles.
C. Submission Limit: Within a 30-day period, an applicant may not file more than one consolidated application or multiple applications that collectively seek for a combined total of more than twenty five (25) small wireless facilities and utility poles. (Ord. 77-2018, 8-28-2018)
