All wireless communication facilities and utility poles shall be required to obtain a site permit and shall be subject to the site development standards prescribed in this chapter. Every site permit application, regardless of type, shall contain the applicant's name and contact information, sufficient information to show and explain what is proposed to happen at the site, and provide an industry standard pole load analysis.
