8-1A-21: POLES ADJACENT TO RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES:
In accordance with Utah Code Annotated section 54-21-103(6), as amended, a provider shall not install a new utility pole in a right-of-way if the right-of-way is adjacent to a street or thoroughfare that is:
   A.   Sixty feet (60') wide or less, as depicted on the official plat records; and
   B.   Adjacent to single-family residential lots, other multifamily residences, or undeveloped land that is designated for residential use by zoning or deed restrictions. (Ord. 77-2018, 8-28-2018)
