8-1A-18: FRANCHISE APPLICATION:

To obtain a franchise to construct, own, maintain or provide services through any wireless system within the City's right-of- way, to obtain a renewal of a franchise granted, or to obtain the City approval of a transfer of a franchise granted, an application shall be filed with City pursuant to chapter 1 of this title.
