8-1A-15: NOT IN LIEU OF OTHER TAXES OR FEES:
A rate or fee payment is not a payment in lieu of any tax, fee or other assessment except as specifically provided in this chapter, or as required by applicable law. By way of example, and not limitation, excavation permit fees are not waived and remain applicable. (Ord. 77-2018, 8-28-2018)
