8-1A-3: EXCLUDED ACTIVITY:

A. Cable TV: This chapter shall not apply to cable television operators otherwise regulated by title 4, chapter 2, article A of this Code or to open video system providers otherwise regulated.

B. Wireline Services: This chapter shall not apply to wireline service facilities.

C. Provisions Applicable: All of the requirements imposed by this chapter through the exercise of the City's police power and which are not preempted by other law shall be applicable to wireless communications facilities. (Ord. 77-2018, 8-28-2018)
