Any person unsatisfied with a decision of a civil violations hearing examiner may appeal the same within fifteen (15) calendar days to the justice court, which shall hear the action de novo in the manner described in subsection 7-3-7B of this chapter. Failure to respond to a notice of infraction shall not be a decision from which an appeal can be taken. (Ord. 30-2012, 8-28-2012)
