7-2-1: DUTY TO KEEP PROPER LOOKOUT:
No person shall drive a vehicle on the public streets without keeping a reasonable and proper lookout for other traffic, objects, fixtures or property thereon or adjacent thereto. (Ord. 8-10-10.6, 8-10-2010)
