6-7-3: CONSTRUCTION:

The procedure and authority granted by this chapter shall be in addition to and not in lieu of procedures provided in other ordinances of the city. If the provisions of this chapter are in conflict with any other provisions of this code, the provisions of this chapter shall govern. (Ord. 21-2013, 4-9-2013)
