The Utah County Health Department or its authorized designee may conduct random, unannounced inspections at locations where tobacco products are distributed to test and ensure compliance with this chapter. The compliance checks can be done two (2) times a year, unless there is reasonable suspicion that the retailer is selling tobacco to minors. (Ord. 15-2019, 2-12-2019)
