5-4-3: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
A violation of this chapter is a class C misdemeanor, punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Police officers shall have discretion to issue a "warning" if they deem it is in the best interest of the city for the first offense. (Ord. 32-2015, 5-26-2015; amd. 2015 Code)
