As used in this chapter, the following words shall have the following meanings:
CITY PARKS: A city owned park, public square, ball diamond, soccer field, recreation area, cemetery or public trail.
MASS GATHERING: An outdoor assembly of one hundred (100) or more people on city owned property that reasonably can be expected to continue for two (2) or more hours.
SMOKE OR SMOKING: Means and includes possessing, carrying or holding a lighted pipe, cigar or cigarette of any kind, e-cigarette, or any other lighted smoking equipment, or the lighting or emitting or exhaling or smoking of a pipe, cigar, cigarette of any kind, e-cigarette, or of any other lighted smoking equipment.
