5-3-8: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction therefor, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day that a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense. (1984 Code § 8.28.080; amd. 2015 Code)
