5-1-14: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a class C misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1984 Code § 8.32.240; amd. 2015 Code)
