5-1-12: CITY COUNCIL TO DETERMINE RATES:
The fees for solid waste collection, including recycling and green waste collection, are determined by the city council. The fees for stated services are established as part of the city consolidated fee schedule. (1984 Code § 8.32.200; amd. 2015 Code)
