5-1-8: ALLOWING SOLID WASTE TO FALL UPON STREET UNLAWFUL:
It is unlawful for any person engaged in hauling solid waste of any kind upon the streets of the city to permit, suffer, allow or cause any of the matter to fall into or to remain in the streets. (1984 Code § 8.32.140; amd. 2015 Code)
