5-1-6: RECEPTACLES CLEAN AND COVERED:

All solid waste, recycling and green waste receptacles shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition by the owner or person using the same, and such receptacles shall be kept covered at all times except when solid waste, recycling and green waste are being deposited therein or removed therefrom. (1984 Code § 8.32.110; amd. 2015 Code)
