5-1-5: SOLID WASTE ACCUMULATION PROHIBITED:
No person owning or occupying any building, lot or premises in the city shall suffer, allow or permit to collect and remain upon the lot or premises any solid waste for a period of more than one week. (1984 Code § 8.32.090; amd. 2015 Code)
