5-1-4: BURYING OR DUMPING WITHIN CITY LIMITS PROHIBITED:

No person, firm or corporation shall, for the purpose of final disposal thereof, dump, place or bury in any lot, street, land, or in any alley, or in any water or waterway, within the corporate limits of the city, any solid waste, or any other deleterious or offensive substances. (1984 Code § 8.32.080; amd. 2015 Code)
