5-1-3: CITY OWNERSHIP OF SOLID WASTE, RECYCLING OR GREEN WASTE:
Ownership of solid waste, recycling material and green waste set out for collection shall be vested in the city, or its designee. (1984 Code § 8.32.070; amd. 2015 Code)
