4-4-21: PENALTY:

Any person who violates any term or provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and/or a jail sentence not to exceed six (6) months. (Ord. 18-2013, 3-26-2013)
