The licensing officer shall maintain and make available for public inspection a copy or record of every completed application received and the certificate or written denial issued by the city. The applicant's BCI background check shall remain a confidential, protected, private record not available for public inspection unless otherwise required by applicable federal, state or local law. The licensing officer may furnish to the head of the city law enforcement agency a listing of all applicants, those denied and those issued a certificate. (Ord. 18-2013, 3-26-2013)
