The Licensing Officer shall not begin the registration process unless the applicant has submitted a completed application. The original identification submitted to establish proof of identity shall be returned after the Licensing Officer verifies the applicant's identity. A copy of the identification may be retained by the Licensing Officer. The Licensing Officer shall make and retain a copy of the original BCI background check submitted by the applicant, and return the original to the applicant. (Ord. 18-2013, 3-26-2013)
