A. Amount Fixed By City Council: The city council shall by resolution or ordinance fix the amount of license fees and the terms and conditions thereof, which shall be found in the consolidated fee schedule. (1984 Code § 5.04.040; amd. 2015 Code)
B. Evidence Of Liability: In any action brought under, or arising out of the provisions of this title, the fact that a person represented himself as engaged in any business for the transaction of which a license is by ordinance required, or that such person exhibited a sign indicating such business, shall be prima facie evidence of the liability of such person to pay for a license.
