(A) No person, organization, corporation or entity of any type shall park within the corporate limits of the town any mobile home or house trailer without the written permit of the Council of said town, except upon land which has prior to the effective date of this chapter been commonly used as a mobile home park, and for which all state licenses and permits are in full force and effect.

(B) No owner or occupant of any dwelling within the corporate limits of the town shall park upon his or her land, or suffer to be parked upon his or her land, any mobile home or house trailer, which is connected to the water, sewer and/or utility facilities of the dwelling or dwellings so owned or occupied by such owner, without having obtained the prior written permit of the Council.
