Any mobile home or house trailer parked in the corporate limits of the town in violation of this chapter shall be deemed a nuisance and may be abated as such by the town or any person or persons injured thereby, and the person, corporation or any other entity violating this chapter shall be subject to a penalty for $10 for each day that said mobile home or house trailer remains so parked, which penalty shall be recoverable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
